At Wanderable, I support people with disabilities to explore the world with confidence and comfort. Travel—whether it’s a day trip, a short holiday, or a community event—can bring new challenges when it comes to personal care. That’s where I come in.
I provide calm, respectful personal care support during travel, so you can feel clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy your journey—wherever it takes you.
What Can I Help You With During Travel?
Because everyone’s needs are different, I offer flexible support with personal care while you’re away from home, including:
- Personal Hygiene Support: Assistance with toileting, showering, grooming, dressing, and oral care—always with privacy, dignity, and respect
- Mobility & Transfers: Help with safe movement in and out of vehicles, into showers, or using mobility aids in unfamiliar places
- Meal Assistance: Support during mealtimes, including cutting food or opening packaging
- Medication Prompting: Friendly reminders to take your medication while travelling
- Hearing Aids & Communication Devices: Help with using hearing aids or other tools you rely on
- Getting Ready for the Day: Assistance with morning or evening routines when away from home
I do not offer medical procedures like injections or tracheostomy care. My focus is non-clinical, travel-based personal care that helps you feel your best while out in the world.
